- Strategic analysis: A thorough assessment of the external environment in which the organization operates.
- Internal analysis: An assessment of the issues within the organization that prevent it from moving forward successfully.
- Prioritization tools: These are fundamental methods that identify the few key initiatives or projects from among the many options.
- Visual Chart: An easy-to-use, visual roadmap that is used to guide the work.
- Accountability: Leadership is assigned responsibility for getting the work done and for evaluating progress regularly. This keeps the plan active and up-to-date.
