The Executive Coaching one-on-one training program is designed to strengthen your level of certainty as an executive and identify and resolve destructive patterns that inhibit your effectiveness as a leader. Many have found this manner effective in developing skills not otherwise accessible. This, as our most intimate program, is a combination of face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication to limit any disruption to your day-to-day operations. Specific skills are developed with supplemental one-on-one training sessions.
Executive coaching outcomes include:
- Identification and inventory of past challenges
- Individual "game plan" development to address these challenges
- Establishment of strategies that eliminate past lessons and increase accountability in areas of greater success
