Your performance improvement work is Andrea’s focus
As director of product development and quality, Andrea directs the PGS process of bringing your performance improvement to reality. Her contributions include:
- Coordinating product development for all PGS services and tools, including Vision Navigation® Dynamic Planning™, Process Improvement and Instrument Panels.
- Continually working to improve PGS systems, and to create product enhancements.
- Acting as a resource to the PGS consulting team to insure that each client’s specific performance improvement goal is, in fact, realized.
- Documenting products for your ease of use.
- Creating client-specific surveys, evaluations and instrument panels (vital statistics) for you.
