Andrea Garrels
Director of Product Development and Quality
Andrea Garrels joined the Professional Growth Systems team in 1994 and is responsible for systems improvement and product enhancement. She also serves as a resource to our team in bringing innovations to reality in the form of fully documented products. Andrea is responsible for delivery of custom designed Instrument Panels (vital statistics for business) and surveys for our clients from her home-based office in Brush Creek, Tennessee. Prior to joining our team she worked as a Human Resource Assistant and then Quality Officer at the Valley Hospital in Palmer, Alaska - a long time PGS client.
Andrea has assisted in product development for all of our services and tools including the Vision Navigation® Strategic Planning Process, Instrument Panel Measurement Systems, flowchart training, and meetings training. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
