William Dann
President/CEO

William Dann is the President and CEO of Professional Growth Systems (PGS). Since founding PGS in 1981, he has consulted and trained hundreds of clients from many business sectors, including for-profit and non-profit, tribal, foreign and domestic, and single entrepreneur to mid-size organizations.

A true leader that practices what he preaches, Mr. Dann takes great pride in implementing 'best practice' tools and training within the walls of his own organization. He also revels in the success of his clients and enjoys the many long-term friendships that have occurred as a result of training in their organizations.

Mr. Dann has over 30 years of leadership and management experience. He has both an undergraduate and masters degree in public administration from Cornell University, and following graduate school, served for two years in Alaska as a hospital administrator in the Federal Indian Health Service. He has served as Deputy Commissioner of Health for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and also held positions in the private sector. For five years, he was adjunct professor of management at the Boston University School of Public Health, teaching two of the school's most sought after courses.
