Shani Conditt
Director of Production

Ms. Conditt has 7 years of experience in banking and provision of field consulting and production of consulting products. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, majoring in Business/Finance. Following graduation, she located to Boston, MA and worked for Middlesex Savings Bank as a Loan Originator for 3 years.

After a 6-year period in which she focused on raising her family, Ms. Conditt joined Professional Growth Systems in July ’05, initially as Director of Production.

Beginning in 2007, Ms. Conditt began work as a field consultant taking her thorough understanding of Professional Growth Systems products and clients to benefit new clients of the firm. She is now delivering Vision Navigation® (strategic planning), Process Improvement and Dynamic Planning™ services as part of her consulting practice.

Ms. Conditt resides in Tennessee with her husband and three daughters, having mastered the ability to work virtually at Professional Growth Systems and to maintain a successful balance between family and work responsibilities.
