The concept that was to become Professional Growth Systems (PGS) began in 1970, when company founder and president, Bill Dann, began helping native health corporations in Alaska provide their own healthcare. Since then, the company has used the challenges it faced in those early days to become a premiere organizational consulting resource that serves executives, governing boards and management teams in a variety of industries throughout the United States.
